We are back in 2021 for the 10th "Grow the Tallest Sunflower" and want people from Calverley to "get involved", it is really easy.

All you need to do is to plant a sunflower seed on the 1 April and the flower is measured on the 12 August.

For the past few years we have had a friendly rivalry with people from different parts of Leeds as to who could grow the biggest sunflower and for many years, the lovely people of Kirkstall have "won" but we wonder what will happen in 2021.
