Have you got any old hand tools you no longer use, which you are willing to donate to charity?

TOOLS FOR SELF RELIANCE collects such tools and refurbishes them for use in small African communities.

Please contact John Machin 0113 2564874, who will pick up the tools and deliver them to the charity's Baildon workshop.

Particularly wanted are woodworking and vehicle repair tools, but other trade tools may be useful.

N.B The "Holy Grail" for the charity is a blacksmith's anvil - TFSR will actually offer to buy any suitable sized ones!

Stop Press Also wanted are garden hand tools. They may not be sent to Africa but can be sold for the charity's funds at one of TFSR's local stalls.
